The agreement that governs your use of AcruxCap and our indicators.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using acruxcap.co.uk (the "Site") or subscribing to AcruxCap's TradingView indicator scripts (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
AcruxCap provides Smart Money Concepts (SMC) technical analysis indicators for the TradingView platform. These indicators are analytical tools designed to assist traders in their own independent analysis. AcruxCap is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment manager.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Services are not available to individuals in jurisdictions where access to financial tools or trading is restricted.
Access to AcruxCap's indicators is provided on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are managed and billed through TradingView's platform. By subscribing, you agree to TradingView's payment terms in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your TradingView account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the indicators until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Due to the digital nature of the Services and the immediate access granted upon subscription, refunds are not generally provided. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at junaid@acruxcap.co.uk and we will review your case.
Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, AcruxCap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the indicators on your own TradingView account for your own personal trading analysis.

All indicators, code, content, brand assets, and materials provided by AcruxCap remain the exclusive intellectual property of AcruxCap. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Services — they do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The AcruxCap name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of AcruxCap and may not be used without prior written permission.
The indicators and all content provided by AcruxCap are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site or within the Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of regulated advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AcruxCap makes no warranty that:
The availability and functionality of the Services are also dependent on TradingView's platform, over which AcruxCap has no control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AcruxCap and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AcruxCap in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AcruxCap and its officers, owners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
AcruxCap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the indicators ceases immediately.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
