HMA Precision Pro gives you a signal and a score — a composite quality rating built from five independent confluence factors, updated on every bar. You see exactly why a signal fired, how strong it is, and whether the higher timeframe agrees.
Every signal is evaluated across five independent factors and assigned a weighted composite score out of 100. Set your own threshold — Conservative (72+), Balanced (58+), or Aggressive (48+) — and the indicator filters everything else out automatically.
This is not a binary pass/fail filter. Each factor contributes a graded score, so marginal setups appear at a lower score rather than being blocked entirely. You decide what's good enough.
Hull Moving Average on the higher timeframe graded Strong, Moderate, Weak, or Against. Full points for a strong aligned trend. Zero for trading against it.
RSI must show directional momentum aligned with the trade. Thresholds tighten automatically when HTF is not fully aligned — raising the bar on marginal setups.
Measures acceleration of the mid-HMA, not just direction. Normalised against ATR so it works consistently across instruments and volatility regimes.
Higher highs and higher lows for buys. Lower highs and lower lows for sells. Both conditions score 20. One scores 10–14. Neither scores 2.
Volume above 1.5× the 20-bar average scores 15. Below 0.7× scores just 2. The multiplier is configurable for instruments with unusual volume characteristics.
RSI or MACD histogram divergence in the signal direction adds up to 10 bonus points on top of the 100-point base — rewarding setups with hidden momentum.
Triple HMA lines tracking trend direction, buy and sell signals with scores, invalidation markers, and the live dashboard — all on a single clean chart.
Three adaptive HMA lines track fast, mid, and slow trend direction in real time. Buy signals (teal triangles) and sell signals (red triangles) appear at confirmed crossovers that score above your chosen threshold. Red ✕ markers show trade invalidation events when the thesis fails. The dashboard bottom-right displays live scoring components, instrument detection, session status, and the last signal's composite score.
The three HMA lengths in V2 are not fixed. They adapt to current market volatility using a 100-bar ATR ratio — clamped between 0.7× and 1.4× the base length so the indicator never becomes erratic.
Adaptation strength is configurable from 0.1 (barely adapts) to 1.0 (full range). Or disable adaptation entirely and use fixed manual lengths if you prefer a static system.
The market is likely chopping. Longer HMAs filter out false crossovers in ranging conditions. Fewer signals, but higher conviction when they do fire.
The market is moving. Shorter HMAs respond faster so signals fire closer to the start of the move — not lagging behind by the time the move is half over.
The indicator reads your ticker and applies tuned defaults for HMA lengths, volatility scaling, session windows, ATR multipliers, and spacing filters automatically. No preset switching needed.
V2 adds adaptive HMA lengths, weighted signal scoring, auto instrument detection, trade invalidation logic, and webhook-ready alerts — everything V1 lacked.
Every signal shows its score on the chart — as a number (87), a letter grade (A), or turned off for a clean view. The score format is your choice. The scoring always runs in the background regardless.
When the fast and mid HMAs re-cross in the opposite direction before the trade plays out, a red ✕ appears on the chart and an alert fires. Clear, unambiguous — the setup has failed.
Instrument class, session status, HTF trend and strength, volatility regime, HMA adapt ratio, last signal score and direction — all in a compact panel. Six positions, three text sizes, compact or full mode.
Buy signal, sell signal, TP1 hit, TP2 hit, SL hit, SL after TP1 (breakeven stop out), trade invalidated, trade expired. Every lifecycle event as a structured JSON alert, ready for Discord, Telegram, or automation platforms.
Auto-configured per instrument class — US session for indices, London session for forex, 24h for crypto. Configurable signal cutoff (default 30 min before close) stops entries that can't develop. Full manual override available.
Signal frequency (Conservative / Balanced / Aggressive), adaptive strength, manual HMA lengths, RSI thresholds, slope sensitivity, structure lookback, divergence range, volume multiplier, marker shape and size, dashboard position, and more.
Eight structured JSON alerts covering every event from signal to exit — ready to pipe into Discord, Telegram, or any automation platform.
No. Signals are confirmed on bar close. A signal that appeared on bar 50 will still be on bar 50 if you reload the chart a week later. No future data is used in any calculation — all higher-timeframe lookups use lookahead=off.
V2 is a complete rebuild. It adds adaptive HMA lengths, weighted signal scoring (instead of binary pass/fail filters), automatic instrument detection, trade invalidation logic, session management, divergence bonus scoring, and 8 webhook-ready alerts. V1 had none of these.
Optimised for 1m, 3m, 5m, and 15m scalping charts. Also works on 1H for intraday swing trading. Instruments: US indices (US30, S&P 500, Nasdaq), forex (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY etc.), crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL), and commodities (Gold, Oil).
These are signal frequency presets based on the minimum score threshold. Conservative requires 72+ to fire a signal — you'll see fewer signals but they're highest conviction. Balanced requires 58+. Aggressive requires 48+, producing more signals including lower-scoring setups.
Yes. Every alert fires as a structured JSON payload containing entry price, SL, TP1, TP2, composite score, instrument class, and timeframe — ready to plug into 3Commas, AlertBot, or any webhook receiver without additional parsing.
No — by design. TP and SL calculations run internally for alert lifecycle events and win-rate tracking, but the chart stays clean. Just signals, scores, HMA lines, and invalidation markers. No visual clutter from trade boxes.
